Create a specialty here. Add slots beneath it afterwards if needed.

Planning values stay on the specialty. Slots are lightweight numbered child items for extra instances like Slot 1 and Slot 2.

Leave the name blank to auto-generate one. Start dates should normally be Mondays; the end date is calculated automatically from the chosen duration.

Advanced options

These controls scale the existing soft scoring weights while keeping weekly and daily generation behaviour intact.

Increase how strongly the generator balances consultant load against target workload gaps.

Increase penalties for repeated specialty use and longer daily consecutive runs.

Reduce or increase the soft penalty applied immediately before longer leave blocks.
